With 30 years’ commercial sector experience, Andy brings deep expertise across industrial & logistics, manufacturing and retail-led development — combining design rigour with a practical understanding of deliverability, cost drivers and exit value. The team has supported major stakeholders on strategic master planning and regeneration projects internationally, bringing big-scheme thinking and high standards to every site. Experience includes work for British Land, Harworth Group, Westfield, Intu, GLP, Peel and Lend Lease, among others.
